Residents across Montgomeryshire are being urged to use their vote in Thursday's European elections.
The UK needs a strong team of Conservative MEPs to support Prime Minister David Cameron deliver a new deal for the UK in Europe.
Thursday 22nd May is the first chance people will have a chance to make their voice heard in five years. Cllr Aled Davies from Montgomeryshire is running on the Conservative ticket, alongside Dr Kay Swinburne. Aled is the only candidate running with a rural background.
Kay's main political priorities in Wales include fostering economic vitality through sustainable investment and improvements in rural support. She has been working towards creating a strong, stable Welsh economy which looks to encourage and support trade and businesses, particularly SMEs who are fundamental to economic recovery.
