On the 20th January, Montgomeryshire Conservatives held their annual New Year Lunch in Kerry Village Hall. Everybody was very grateful to Eileen for a delicious three-course meal with canapés, stew and a range of mouthwatering desserts including pavlovas and Olwen's apple and lemon tart. Members and non-members were both welcome, and it was a very enjoyable occasion.
After the meal, Andrew R T Davies AM, Shadow Health Secretary spoke about the Yes/No Vote on the Assembly, and about the importance of getting more people interested and involved in politics on a national and local level.
It was a great day, and we hope to see even more people next year!
